In order to establish a good working relationship, the first meeting will be used to assess the buyer's wants and needs, to go over information regarding financing, the buyer brokerage agreement, Grande Prairie school zones and anything else that's important to the client.CUSTOMIZING A PERSONAL SEARCH
To meet the individual needs of our clients, the Mike Levesque Real Estate Team sets up automatic searches and selects listings that meet the client's requirements. These Grande Prairie property listings are emailed directly to the client on a daily basis.VIEWING GRANDE PRAIRIE REAL ESTATE LISTINGS
Once the Mike Levesque Real Estate Team sets up the personal search, clients can select the properties they would like to view from the listings provided. Working with the buyer's schedule, we will book appointments to view the selected properties.WRITING AN OFFER ON A PROPERTY
Once a client finds a property they wish to purchase, the Mike Levesque Real Estate Team will assist them in writing and submitting an offer. Using our market knowledge and understanding of the client's wants and needs, we will help them negotiate the lowest possible price for the property, while ensuring they are legally protected.CONDITIONAL OFFER

Offers are often made conditional to home inspections, financing, condo document review, water well reports, and potentially having to sell the buyer's home. The Mike Levesque Real Estate Team will guide you through each step of the process by assisting you in finding a qualified home inspector, mortgage broker, and lawyer.CONDITION(S) DEADLINES
If a buyer's conditions have all been met by their deadlines, the conditions are removed and the property is officially sold. If a buyer's conditions have NOT been met by these deadlines, the deal is dead and the buyer's deposit is returned.MEETING WITH A LAWYER
Buyers must arrange to meet with a residential real estate lawyer. You should plan to meet with your lawyer up to two weeks before the sale closes, in order to sign all related paperwork.
POSSESSION DAY
The Mike Levesque Real Estate team will contact the lawyer's office and obtain permission to give the buyer the keys to their new Grande Prairie home. As a thank you to the buyer, we will make arrangements to have pizza delivered to the new home on moving day!
