Mike Levesque

I was born and raised in the small rural community of Falher, Ab, which is approximately 2 hours northeast of Grande Prairie. Growing up I often worked for the construction company my parents owned and operated, which led to an early introduction into construction. This is how I was first introduced to residential real estate, and these early work experiences have contributed immensely to my current career as a REALTOR®.

In 2004, I made the move to Grande Prairie to attend GPRC where I completed a business diploma. Immediately following, I completed correspondence courses through UBC in order to begin a career as a real estate appraiser. I then did real estate appraisal for 3 years at Biegel & Perra Appraisals where I was able to utilize and expand on my construction knowledge, as well as obtain a solid understanding of market values and trends.

I began selling real estate in 2009 and have not looked back since. Within the last 5 years, I have been able to substantiate myself as one of the top producing and leading realtors in Grande Prairie, as well as all of Alberta. I am proud of the fact that more than 80% of the homes I sell are the result of repeat clients and/or referrals.

John and his wife Annette love raising their five kids in Grande Prairie. They stay active in the community and are heavily involved with the local speed skating club where John is presently the head coach and past Provincial Vice-President of Skater Development.
